1970s Butterick Pattern 3740 Girls Blouse.
Vintage Butterick Sewing Pattern 3740 Girls Blouses Size 12. A and B makes a close fitting sleeveless blouse in two lengths with square neckline, front buttoned closing, self or purchased eyelet ruffle trim, and waistband extending into ties. C and D makes a semi fitted blouse, waist length or midfiff length with elastic, attached self bow and elasticized neckline and short raglan puffed sleeves.
Body Measurements: Chest 30 inches, Waist 25 1/2 inches, Hip 32 inches
Pattern is neatly cut and complete with instructions. Envelope has age related wear, 1" tear at top left front, bumped corners, 1/2" tear at back front. Butterick did not date their envelopes but this looks early 1970s.
