Straw cowboy hats are somewhat casual cowboy hats but, in the heat, a straw cowboy hat is necessary with its lighter texture and ventilation. Our selection includes natural and colored straw cowboy hats for men, women, and even children. Colored straw cowboy hats are sometimes colored thoroughly or they’re colored partially, such as on the brim or on top of the hat. In some cases, our colored cowboy hats are even painted straw cowboy hats with horse heads or stars painted onto the straw surface. While our selection of colored straw cowboy hats includes pink, light blue, and black options, we also carry palm, or plain, straw cowboy hats in a natural color, although some of these plain straw cowboy hats are embellished slightly by a black hatband.

In terms of design options for a straw cowboy hat, aside from colored and painted hats, we have flamed straw cowboy hats. These types of hats, for both men’s and women’s straw cowboy hats, have an aged or “flamed” appearance, as if a flame had been brought to the edge of the hat and allowed the straw surface to brown slightly. These hats, for that appearance, have an airbrushed brown color along the brim and top of the hat while the rest of the hat has a solid white or natural color.
